At Concord Pet Foods & Supplies, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your fashion and accessory purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free of pet hair and signs of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
